Holden OS Privacy Policy

Holden OS is private operations software operated by Holden Construction. This policy explains how Holden OS handles information from connected Google accounts. It applies to the application, not to unrelated website features or the independent practices of Google and other services.
Information we access
When an authorized account holder connects Google, Holden OS requests access needed for its business functions:
Gmail: relevant work-order messages, attachments, and associated details. Gmail access is read-only; Holden OS does not send email through Gmail.
Google Drive: files created by or shared with the application, including project documents and work-order attachments.
Google Calendar: the calendar list, events on calendars owned by the connected account, and calendar sharing information.
Google Sheets: authorized operational spreadsheets containing job records and status information.
These records may include customer names, contact details, job addresses, scheduling information, and project or financial documents. Google authorization tokens allow scheduled access without repeatedly signing in.
How we use information
We use this information only for Holden Construction operations: organizing work orders and documents, maintaining job schedules and records, and showing operational status in our private Command Center. We do not sell Google account data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Storage, access, and sharing
Business records are stored in our authorized Google services and private operational systems. Authorization tokens are protected in Windows Credential Manager, with restricted recovery storage. Operational logs may contain information needed to troubleshoot a job or failed run.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems supporting these functions. Google and other service providers process information as needed to host or operate the application. Job events and documents may be visible to authorized collaborators according to the sharing settings of the relevant calendar, file, or business system. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address security or abuse.
We use access controls and restricted credential storage to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Google API data
Our use and transfer of Google API data follow the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and your choices
Business records are retained as needed for ongoing operations, project history, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can revoke Holden OS access through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents future access under that authorization; it does not automatically erase business records already created or copied.
To request access to or deletion of information held by Holden OS, contact us using the email below. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the records. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business recordkeeping purposes; we will explain any applicable limitations when responding. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement or deletion.
