What Holden OS does
Reads relevant work-order emails and attachments from our connected Gmail account.
Organizes project files and financial documents in Google Drive.
Creates and updates job events on calendars owned by the connected account, and checks calendar sharing.
Maintains job records and operational status in our authorized Google Sheets and private Command Center.
Google account access
An authorized Holden Construction account holder connects Google through Google’s authorization screen. Holden OS requests access for these business functions and uses saved authorization to perform scheduled work. Access to Gmail is read-only; the application does not send email through Gmail.
Holden OS is operated for Holden Construction’s own business use. This public information page does not provide access to our internal dashboard or business records.
